With International Women's Day 2025 approaching, I want to celebrate a special woman in my life: my mum. Her creativity shines through the cross-stitched framed gifts that adorn the homes of our family and friends.

Mum's Cross-Stitching Passion

Mum discovered cross-stitching during a month-long stay with Dad in Saudi Arabia. While Dad was at work, she embraced her creativity, immersing herself in cross-stitching to pass the time. Since then, our home has been filled with colourful threads and her beautiful projects. When she's not tackling a Sudoku puzzle, she's dedicated to her cross-stitching. Her favourite designs often feature kitchen themes, which she lovingly crafts into gifts for family and friends, both locally and abroad.
